Vabljeni na vodeno šamanistično popotovanje / meditacijo ob šamanskem bobnu in srečanje s svojo Živaljo Moči. Kot vedno, bo tudi tokrat, vodila Daša.

Živali so mogočni učitelji. Starodavne civilizacije in plemenske skupnosti celega sveta so priznavale in častile živali kot svoje Duhovne Vodnike in družabnike. Žival moči je energija, duh oziroma komunikacija z zavestjo, ki nam osvetli različne vidike naše osebnosti.

Workshop :: Fluid Power (All Levels)
This inspiring arrangement of asanas, are laced together with very smooth vinyasa transitions. The class outline will represent a holistic and very balanced routine, with using a variety of poses. You will enjoy the energy, achieve a variety of new poses and move with fluid power. When finished, drift into a blissful deep relaxation followed by a guided meditation.

Lecture :: Avoiding and Overcoming Injury
This is a very beneficial topic in today’s yoga society and will be addressed openly, giving
suggestions and solutions for common problems.

Lecture :: Anatomy of Yoga / Whole Body Anatomy / Nutritional Impact
This class gives the students a broader vision of anatomy – beyond the muscles and bones. A
better understanding and respect for our internal world is established. Based on the Nine
Anatomical Systems of the human body – relation to yoga practice and healthy diet.

Workshop :: Latest in Yoga Adjustments and Partner Yoga (All Levels)
Learn new and exciting ways to help each other with yoga practice, through hands on yoga adjustments and partner work. Class concludes with creation of a yoga dance, from techniques you have learned.

Workshop :: Mastering the Secrets of Yoga Flow (All Levels)
The main focus of this class is centered on fluid movements of vinyasa and how to expand this
philosophy to create flow in your daily life – a variety of yoga postures – both easy and challenging will be used. Explanation will be made as to how the fluid energy lines of vinyasa in your yoga practice can affect your daily life in a positive way. A connection is made to help create awareness of the conscious flow in your daily life using the philosophy of vinyasa to relate to the energy in all aspects of your life.

14.30 – 17.00
Lecture :: Breathing Basics and Practice of Pranayama
This class will give explanation and practice of several different pranayama techniques, with
cautions and suggestions.

Workshop :: Holistic Yin Yoga (All levels)
In this class we will practice a variety of basic asana – placed mindfully in a balance progression. Some asana will supported by props and held for longer duration of time. Alternately you will move slowly into a few relaxing complementary asana – holding for a shorter duration of time. Class will finish with light and easy pranayama and a blissful guided deep relaxation.

V Agniju se je nabral cel kup blazin za vadbo, ki samevajo in otožno čakajo na ponovno snidenje s svojimi lastniki.
Prosimo, da vsi, ki prihajate na vadbe le občasno, ne puščate svojih blazin v studiu, saj enostavno nimamo kapacitet za skladiščenje toliko blazin.
Prosimo, da po njo pridete v roku enega tedna!
Po preteku 14 dni bomo blazine, ki ne bodo našle lastnika, podarili različnim socialnim projektom.

Make room in your body for Prana to flow through and connect to inversions with ease. We
will play with the opposites of contraction/expansion, inhale/exhale, lengthening and folding.
In the first part of the workshop we will flow through Chantal’s signature style “Hanuman Flow” incorporating various Kriyas and Bandha work, some inversions, and a whole lot of conscious breathing with a small dose of Pranayama at the end.
In the afternoon we will come back to the mat and break down the Bandha work we have
done during the morning practice and connect it, in a deeper level to our inversions. During
this time you are also encouraged to ask questions. We will break it all down in sections and
look at the parts and postures individually before bringing them all back together again with a short inversion happy practice.
This Workshop Series is not recommended for complete beginners or pregnant Yogis.

Chantal Hauser
Chantal Hauser is a professional yoga and movement teacher in Switzerland who is renowned for her
unique style Hanuman Flow, which is creative sequencing with focus and awareness on transitional
movements using the core, the pelvic-floor and breath-work to facilitate alignment and space. Her yoga background and teachings are deeply influenced and shaped by Tim Miller and Ana Forrest.
Chantal was born in Zurich, raised in the Swiss Mountains and grew up in New York City. She took her earliest yoga class at age 5, with her mother. It wasn’t until years later in her early 20s when she felt lost in the madness of New York City that Chantal made yoga a daily ritual. Now it’s an essential part of her life.
Yoga has saved her life on more than one occasion, she says; “Yoga makes me understand, it makes me breathe, and it makes me grow.”

Ta delavnica je za vse moje prijatelje. Sploh tiste, ki jih ves čas opominjam kako se držijo.
Je za vse mlade mamice, ki dojijo in nosijo otroke v za telo napornih položajih (ok, tudi očke). Je za vse računalničarje in IT- strokovnjakinje, oblikovalce, pisatelje-ce. Za vse, ki imajo občutek, da ne morejo polno vdihniti, ki jih boli ramenski obroč ali pa ledveni del hrbtenice. Je za vse, ki jim preglavice povzroča skolioza. In je za vse, ki imajo hrbtenico.

Na delavnici bomo raziskovali naravne krivine naše hrbtenice, kako najti optimalno držo brez prisile in kako ustvariti dnevno rutino za prebujen hrbet. Funkcionalno gibanje bomo nadgradili skozi smiselne sekvence asan, svojo hrbtenico in njen energetski kanal pa začutili tudi skozi manipulacijo diha, različne vizualizacije in meditacijo.

Na jogi boste vedno deležni umiritve z mantrami (zvokom), učili se boste dihalnih tehnik – pranayam in meditacije. Skozi asane – telesne položaje boste odpirali vrata svoji moči, gibljivosti in čuječnosti.

Pilates v Agniju ponuja več kot le uravnovešeno fizično prakso, saj združuje princip zdravo telo – zdrav duh in vas na koncu vadbe popelje v globoko sprostitev in uglasitev telesa in duha.

Qi Gong bo vaše fizično in energetsko telo nežno uravnovesil in na njem se boste načili zaznati ves svoj potencial vitalnosti, saj s starodavnimi kitajskimi tehnikami povečuje pretok življenske energije.

Ker je tudi za telo zdravo, da preizkuša različne gibalne vzorce priporočamo poljubno sestavljanje vadb v našem studiu – različnih slogov joge, pilatesa in Qi Gonga. Seveda pa bo vsak zase našel svojo ljubezen…

Ob rednih praksah nadgrajujemo naš program z delavnicami. Od mesečnih delavnic Franklin metode, kjer boste svoje telo spoznali v čisto novi luči, sklopov delavnic Hormonske joge, ki se skozi terapevtski prostop osredotoča na hormonsko ravnovesje in žleze z notranjim izločanjem do poglobljenih delavnic joge.

Za vse, ki pa so v jogi našli ljubezen in si želijo svoje znanje še razširiti, poglobiti ali za svojo lastno prakso ali z željo, da bi to znanje delili tudi z drugimi, pa priporočamo Agni šolo (osnovno in napredno usposabljanje)- strokovno, celostno enoletno usposabljanje za učitelja joge.
