Activates inactive groups of deep muscles, helping us achieve a better body posture and well-formed, toned muscles.
For all that are beginners with Pilates, it is best to join the groups in September/October or January!
We use mental focusing and control of the body to develop the muscles of the pelvic floor, as well as the abdominal and back muscles, helping them develop into a Power centre. This improves the body’s flexibility as well as our awareness and control of the body; furthermore, the training is up-graded with yoga stretching and relaxation on the end of the class. Pilates alleviates pain in the spine and improves the overall quality of live.
These classes are suitable for anybody who wants to become more aware of their body and to improve their life.
