All Buddhist practices are based upon the laws of karma, and so it is crucial to understand thoroughly how karma works to succeed in any and every path. This Course is based upon the Treasure House of Higher Knowledge (Abhidharma Kosha) by Master Vasubandhu (350 AD), along with its commentary by the First Dalai Lama.
Part 1: The definition and nature of karma; how karma is carried; how emptiness allows karma to function; karmic paths; how to make a karmic result powerful.
Part 2: How to purify your old bad karma; karma of body, speech, and mind; black and white deeds; projecting and finishing karma; karmic consequences.

15.11. @ 18.00 – 20.00 :: Lady Niguma’s Yoga: An Ancient Asana Series from Tibet
A unique evening of teaching, yoga, and music
Lady Niguma is a girl yogi from India who lived a thousand years ago. She taught a special kind of yoga which removes the stress but teachings the winds of the inner body to ride up the central channel leaving your heart open and mind happy. Lady Niguma taught her yoga to the Tibetan master Kyungpo Neljor, who brought it back to the Land of Snows, where it has been practiced for centuries by yogis like the Second Dalai Lama.
In this special workshop you’ll learn how a short yoga session can make a real change in our inner and outer body. We’re not just going to learn the yoga poses, but also all the ancient wisdom behind them; and we’ll also sing a kirtan from India.

Is a teacher and yogini originally from New York City who is a dedicated practitioner of Yoga, Meditation, Voice, and Buddhist Philosophy. She traveled extensively throughout India and Ladakh studying Eastern disciples and spent over a year total in solitary silent retreat. Mercedes is best known as an engaging teacher of the principals of karmic management and travels internationally offering seminars to corporations, groups and individuals.
As a popular musician and kirtan singer she has toured the world giving concerts and artist workshops. Mercedes has three kirtan albums including the best selling “Mercy Songs” and “Path To Bliss” under White Swan Records.
A student of Shri K. Pattabhi Jois (Mysore, India), Ana Forrest, David Life, Darren Rhodes, Maureen Fleming, Geshe Michael Roach (USA) and Charles Kellis, (The Juilliard School of Music) she is dedicated to helping people use the voice, body and mind as a path to realisation and happiness —relating ancient teachings of the east to the modern world.
She has produced several instructional yoga and teaching DVDs as well as guided meditation and world music CDs. She is in the process of recording a new record and publishing a book of her translations on the Teachings on the Wise Woman Sutra, a conversation between the Buddha and a woman in India over two thousands years ago.
